When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (if given), and message. We do not use tracking cookies or website analytics beyond what's strictly necessary to operate the site.
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell your information to third parties or use it for marketing without your separate consent.
Contact form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, which forwards them to our email inbox. If you subscribe to Verbo, your payment is processed by Paystack — see Verbo's Terms of Service for details specific to that service. We do not control how these third parties handle data beyond what's needed to deliver their service to us.
We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain our business records, or as required by law.
